BOARD MEETING INFORMATION
The Board shall hold at least six (6) regular meetings each year.
Special meetings may be held as the by-laws of the Board provide.
A quorum of the Board shall consist of not less than four (4) members,
three (3) of whom shall be registered on Guam. The Chairman may
call special meetings when he deems necessary and shall also call
special meetings upon written request of two members. The regular
meetings are (tentatively) scheduled as follows:
Renewals Due September 30: It is important for any Professional Engineer, Architect, Professional Land Surveyor or Business Firm to make sure that registration is kept current. The PEALS Board renews registrations each year only if fees are
paid as required by 5 GCA Title 22, the "Professional Engineers, Architects and Surveyors Law". If your registration is
not current, your practice of engineering, architecture or land
surveying is unlawful pursuant to Section 32117 of the PEALS Law. |
