Examination dates, with the exception of GLM and CSCS examinations, are set by the
National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
To enable applicants to plan ahead the exam dates and filing dates for 2008 are listed below:
Principles and Practice of Engineering
Exam Duration: 8 hours

Principles and Practice of Land Surveying
Exam Duration: 6 hours

California Special Civil Seismic
(for Civil Engineer applicants only)
Exam Duration: 2.5 hours
Exam Dates:

Fundamentals of Engineering
Exam Duration: 8 hours
Exam Dates:
12 April (Application Due Date: 11 January)
25 October (Application Due Date: 24 July)
Fundamentals of Land Surveying
Exam Duration: 8 hours
Exam Dates:

Guam Land Matters
Exam Duration: 4 hours
Exam Dates:
12 April (Application Due Date: 16 January)
25 October (Application Due Date: 24 July)

For information regarding the Special Civil Seismic exam, look through the California Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors (CBPELS) site.
Land Surveying applicants shall be required to pass the Guam Land Matters exam before he could be registered to practice land surveying.
